Terms of Service

1. The service

Progz lets your business hire AI employees that call your leads and candidates, answer their questions from the information you give, book appointments into your calendar and send confirmations. Features change as we improve the product, and some are marked early access or coming soon.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for your business.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your team members do.
• Give us correct business and GST details; we use them on your invoices.

3. Calling and messaging rules

You are responsible for whom your AI employees contact and what they say. You agree to:

• Contact only people who enquired with you, applied to you, or otherwise agreed to be contacted, and keep a record of that consent.
• Follow the TRAI rules on commercial communication (including the Do Not Disturb registry where they apply), the DPDP Act, and any rules for your industry.
• Honour every request to stop calling. The person is marked "do not contact" and must not be called again.
• Give your AI employees accurate information: prices, timings, addresses and policies they repeat to callers.
• Not use Progz for spam, harassment, fraud, debt threats, political campaigning, or anything unlawful, and not to impersonate anyone.
• Not use it to make decisions about people based on religion, caste, gender or other protected characteristics.

We may pause calling for a workspace that breaks these rules or receives complaints, and we will tell you why.

4. AI limitations

AI employees work from your information and rules, but AI can misunderstand people or make mistakes. Review conversations, keep a person available for cases the AI hands over, and don't rely on Progz for medical, legal or emergency decisions. In a possible emergency the AI tells the caller to contact emergency services.

5. Prices, credits and payment

• Progz is prepaid. 1 credit = ₹1. Current prices are on the pricing page and in your Billing page, excluding GST, which is added when you recharge.
• Credits pay for answered call minutes, phone number rent and other usage shown in Billing. Credits don't expire.
• A number you buy is charged monthly from the day you buy it. If the balance can't pay the rent, the number is held for a short grace period and then released.
• We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice by email. Credits you already bought keep their value.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Your data and ours

Your business owns its data: contacts, knowledge, calls and results. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We own Progz, its software, design and brand. You may export your data while your account is open.

7. Third-party services

Calls, calendars, email and payments run through services such as Sarvam AI, Google, Zoho and Razorpay. When you connect your own account (for example Google Calendar), that provider's terms also apply.

8. Availability

We work to keep Progz running at all times, but it may be unavailable during maintenance or when a provider fails. We don't charge for calls that don't connect.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breach of the calling rules or the law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time by writing to info@progztech.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we can. On closure, unused credits are refunded as set out in the Refund Policy, and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We will email account owners at least 15 days before important changes. Continuing to use Progz after that means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. Please write to info@progztech.com first; most issues are sorted out quickly.
